How To ReachHisar is straight connected to Delhi by national highway No.10.and a rail route too. Journey by road is more popular and convenient from Delhi and takes about 4.5 hours by bus and about 3.5 hours by car or taxi. The fare by bus is about rupees 100 and by taxi it costs about Rs 1800. Air-conditioned taxis are also available at hardly any extra cost. Four people can easily travel by taxi. From Delhi to Hisar one passes through Bhadurgarh, Sampla, Rohtak, Meham and Hansi towns in that order. Hisar is well connected to other towns of adjoining states of Punjab and Rajasthan. Chandigarh, Jaipur, Shimla, Ludhiana, Amritsar etc can be reached from here by train or bus or taxis.
Climate Of HisarThe weather in Hisar is very hot in summers and the temperature touches 46 degree centigrade in the months of May and June. April to July are hot. August to October is sometimes rainy. november to March are better times weather wise and coldest are December and January months when it is very chilly at nights. The proximity of the desert of Rajasthan with Hisar makes it a hot city in summers and a cold city in winters. Best times for foreigners to visit Hisar is in the months of October to March.
